Editing general user information
Which profile details users can change themselves (picture, name, e-mail, language) and which require an administrator.
It is possible to edit general user information under the profile - such as the user's name and e-mail. This could be helpful when the user's name changes when they are, for example, married. Or when the company changes the e-mail address formats.
Profile settings can be accessed from the main menu - click on your username (or the profile icon) and select "Edit profile":
It is possible to change:
- Profile picture
- Click on the picture to get the available options.
- Select a new one by clicking on it and confirm by clicking "Save".
- Name
- E-mail address
- Selected language
- Open the dropdown and select the suitable language.
It is not possible to change:
- Your role
- If this is needed, contact an administrator to do this.
- Your username
- If a new username is needed, a new account must be created - contact an administrator to have this done.
