Evocon API integration options overview
What are these integrations about?
Evocon offers a range of API functionalities that integrate with platforms like BI, ERP and CMMS systems. Potential deviceless installations are possible with certain manufacturing technologies. These integrations provide businesses with customized data reporting and visualization options to meet specific operational needs. Whether it's real-time production data, reporting automation, or enhanced traceability, Evocon's integrations offer user-friendly solutions for everyone, including those with limited technical expertise.
Our current customers find that our API options give them the most flexibility to get the data that they need in the format that they need.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on project requirements and customization needs. Please contact our team for more information.
ERP Integration
The ERP integration with Evocon facilitates streamlined production management, allowing companies to send data and retrieve information about the actual results for enhanced traceability. This integration supports seamless tracking from order placement through to fulfilment.

What problem does it solve?
This integration addresses production traceability, actual costing and real-time management challenges by enabling real-time data exchange between the ERP and Evocon, improving team accountability and process efficiency.
What is the process?
ERP integration is split into 2 parts: sending orders to Evocon and pulling data back to the ERP about a completed order.
And to get data back, you would use the same custom report endpoints that are described in the Excel and PowerBI sections.
Evocon provides support for creating custom reports if the existing ones do not meet client needs.
Deviceless Installation
Evocon's deviceless installation option enables companies to send data directly from their existing production machinery to Evocon's servers via API, without additional hardware. This solution simplifies the data transfer process for key data like produced quantities, production time, product information and environmental condition monitoring.
What problem does it solve?
This option reduces hardware investments by using existing machinery and data connections to send data directly to Evocon. In many cases, using a deviceless connection can automate changeovers, scrap or stop reason commenting. This results in pulling important data from the machines to a centralized platform for easier action taking.
What types of machinery are supported?
Machinery that can benefit from this solution includes (but is not limited to):
- CNC Machines (Milling, Lathes, Routers)
- Injection Molding Machines
- Extrusion Machines
- Printing Presses
- Stamping Presses
- Textile Machinery
- Packaging Machines
- Conveyor Systems
- Laser Cutters
- Robotic Arms
- 3D Printers
*With any of the above machines, there are other customizable configurations like scrap or possible custom metrics options depending on your needs. You can speak with a member of Evocon's sales team about these features.
What is the process?
In most cases, we ask for access to a virtual machine or a PC where we install the Evocon connector program. This program reads data from the data source (database, OPC-UA, text files, etc.), checks if there's any new production data to be sent and then sends it to the Evocon API. Data flows from production machinery directly to Evocon's servers via the API, without the need for extra hardware on the shop floor. The data is processed in real-time, making key metrics instantly available.
